HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST ME?

Our Standard Retainer fee is $2,500/project and this ends up being a great fit more just about all of the small businesses we work with, but if you are a larger company with an expedited timeline or much larger budget, we can discuss your unique needs and arrive at another number that makes sense for both of us.

WHY A 'RETAINER'?

We’ve settled on the retainer model due to the nature of what it is we typically do and the various things we may need to do in order to help your small business increase its sales. With a ‘retainer’, everybody understands that the nature of our services are open ended and we can focus on the overall success of our efforts as opposed to a list of specific duties that is likely to change early and often.

IS THIS A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?

Absolutely not. We have structured our services on a project basis so that you retain total control of your small business’ overhead with no surprise charges or hidden fees.

ARE YOU SURE YOU CAN INCREASE MY SALES?

In a word, ‘Yes’. We’ve worked with a lot of different types of small businesses over the decades and we’ve found that if the client is serious about growing their sales, we can find ways to make it happen.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?

There are usually ways we can help to increase your sales without spending money, but often some of the most effective strategies do include paid campaigns. You’ll know about any additional fees in detail before we ever get started and of course you will have the final say as to what is spent.

WHAT IF IT DOESN'T WORK OUT?

This is the best part. If it doesn’t work out, we refund your retainer fee. We are obviously very confident that you will be happy with the results, but we also understand that things happen and someone is bound to not be happy with their results at some point, so we make it easy for you. If you come on as a new client and during the first month you aren’t satisfied with the results and don’t think things are going in the right direction, just let us know and we’ll issue you a full refund.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

First we talk with you about your small business and learn how you operate, what your sales goals are, what you already do for marketing, what seems to be working, what seems to have not worked in the past. Then we do some research and let you know what we plan to do, what we’re going to start with and any projected advertising costs associated with marketing campaigns, etc. If it sounds good to you, we get started right away, usually the same day.

DO YOU EVER PARTNER UP FOR A PERCENTAGE?

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO DO IT?

Then just leave now and never look back and don’t beat yourself up about what could have been…(And don’t get mad if you see our retargeting ads everywhere you go telling you how great it would be if you worked with us.)
